01Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of spiritualgangstacertified.com and purchases or participation involving Spiritual Gangsta Certified ("SGC," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Janét Jones.

These Terms apply to website content, physical and digital products, personalized reports, readings, consultations, coaching, Journey work, courses, memberships, seminars, workshops, boot camps, livestreams, events, community spaces, travel or retreat offerings, merchandise, and other services or experiences offered by SGC.

Our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, product descriptions, registration terms, proposals, and signed service agreements are incorporated into these Terms. Offer-specific written terms control over these general Terms for that offer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

02Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to purchase directly from SGC. A parent or legal guardian must purchase and consent to any service, report, program, or event involving a minor.

If you purchase for another person or submit another person's birth data, personal history, images, contact details, or other information, you represent that you have permission to provide that information and to request the relevant product or service. You are responsible for choosing an age-appropriate offering and ensuring the intended recipient consents where required.

03Orders, pricing, and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including availability, obvious pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, abusive conduct, legal restrictions, safety concerns, or inability to fulfill.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts, availability, features, and promotional terms may change before purchase. A sale or promotional price does not entitle a prior purchaser to a retroactive adjustment. Applicable taxes, shipping, processing, currency conversion, and third-party charges may be added at checkout.

If a listing contains an obvious error, we may correct the listing and cancel the affected order. If payment was captured for an order we cancel, we will issue the appropriate refund.

04Payments and payment plans

You authorize SGC and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the total shown at checkout or stated in your signed agreement. You represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.

Unless an offer expressly states that it is month-to-month, a payment plan divides the full purchase price into installments and does not convert the purchase into a cancel-anytime subscription. You remain responsible for scheduled installments after access, preparation, or performance begins, subject to applicable law and any controlling written agreement.

Failed or disputed payments may result in paused preparation, suspended access, canceled appointments, withheld future deliverables, or collection of amounts lawfully due. You are responsible for keeping payment and contact information current.

05Customer information and cooperation

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your name, email address, birth date, exact birth time, birthplace, shipping address, scheduling information, measurements, personalization selections, and intake responses when applicable.

You are responsible for reviewing submitted details before checkout. Missing, incomplete, conflicting, or inaccurate information may pause or prevent fulfillment. A stated preparation period begins only after we receive payment and all information reasonably required to perform the order.

You agree to respond within a reasonable time when clarification, approval, scheduling, or delivery information is requested. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete intake, unanswered correspondence, inaccessible accounts, full inboxes, spam filtering, or incorrect customer-provided information.

06Personalized reports and digital deliverables

Personalized reports and similar deliverables are created from the information supplied by the customer and the methods, sources, professional judgment, and interpretive framework used by SGC. Page counts, section emphasis, examples, design details, and analysis depth may vary because the work is individualized.

Delivery is complete when the file, access link, or message is sent to the email address or account designated for the order. You are responsible for downloading, opening, and safely storing delivered files. We do not guarantee indefinite hosting or replacement access.

When customer-provided information changes after production or was originally inaccurate, recalculation, rewriting, redesign, or replacement may require an additional fee. Clear SGC production errors reported within the period stated in the Refund Policy will be reviewed for correction.

07Appointments, readings, coaching, and Journey work

Booking reserves time and may trigger preparation before the appointment. Unless a specific written agreement says otherwise, appointments are governed by the rescheduling, lateness, and no-show provisions in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

You are responsible for joining from a safe, lawful, private location with a reliable device and internet or telephone connection. Do not participate while driving or while engaged in an activity requiring your full attention.

A session begins and ends at its scheduled time. We may end or refuse a session involving harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, sexual misconduct, intoxication that prevents meaningful participation, unlawful requests, recording without permission, or behavior that creates a safety or privacy risk. A customer-caused termination does not create a right to a refund.

Coaching and Journey work require voluntary participation and personal responsibility. We may recommend that a customer seek appropriately licensed support when a request falls outside our scope. We do not provide emergency or crisis intervention.

08Events, courses, communities, and access

Event dates, speakers, lesson order, platforms, and delivery methods may change when reasonably necessary. We may substitute a qualified presenter, reschedule a session, provide a recording, or make a substantially equivalent adjustment. If we permanently cancel an offering without providing the purchased value, the remedy described in the Refund Policy applies.

Access credentials are personal and may not be shared. You may not record, scrape, copy, rebroadcast, resell, distribute, or publish protected sessions, community discussions, course materials, participant information, or paid content without written permission.

Community participation requires respect for other participants' privacy, identities, and experiences. We may remove content or revoke access for harassment, spam, unauthorized promotion, impersonation, hate speech, doxxing, copyright infringement, unlawful behavior, or material disruption. Removal for customer misconduct is not refundable.

09Physical products, shipping, and risk of loss

Physical products are subject to availability, production time, and carrier service. Shipping dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. You are responsible for providing a deliverable address and reviewing it before purchase.

We may divide an order into multiple shipments. Title and risk of loss transfer as provided by applicable law and the shipping arrangement. We are not responsible for carrier delays or events outside our reasonable control, but we will comply with applicable rules for delayed or unshipped merchandise.

Returns, personalized-product restrictions, damaged items, and address errors are governed by the Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

10Intellectual property and your personal-use license

The website and SGC-created content, including reports, readings, curricula, graphics, templates, videos, audio, written materials, downloads, brand elements, course materials, event recordings, and original presentation, are owned by or licensed to SGC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

When you purchase a report, course, recording, or other content, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own personal, non-commercial use. You do not receive ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Without written permission, you may not:

  • Republish, sell, sublicense, reproduce, distribute, or create commercial derivative works;
  • Share complete paid reports, recordings, login credentials, course libraries, or download links;
  • Remove copyright, trademark, authorship, or branding notices;
  • Use SGC content to train, populate, or commercially operate an artificial-intelligence system, database, report generator, course, or competing service; or
  • Present SGC content or analysis as your own professional work.

You may retain your purchased report and share reasonable excerpts for private personal discussion, provided the use is non-commercial and does not violate another person's privacy.

11Your submissions and permissions

You retain ownership of original material you submit. You grant SGC a limited license to receive, store, reproduce, analyze, format, and use submitted information only as reasonably necessary to process the order, provide the requested service, communicate with you, maintain business records, protect legal rights, and perform activities described in the Privacy Policy.

You represent that your submissions are accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to provide them, and that they do not infringe another person's rights. Do not submit content you are not authorized to disclose.

We will not publicly identify you or use a private testimonial, report, recording, image, or personal story in marketing without the permission required by law. If you voluntarily post a public review, tag SGC publicly, or separately authorize promotional use, we may display that material with reasonable formatting while preserving its meaning.

12Astrology, Human Design, and spiritual-services disclaimer

Astrology, Human Design, spiritual education, intuitive discussion, coaching, and related SGC offerings are interpretive tools for education, personal exploration, reflection, and entertainment. They involve subjective frameworks and are not scientifically established methods for diagnosing conditions or guaranteeing future events.

SGC does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, tax, investment, financial, or other licensed professional advice through these offerings. Nothing on the website or in a report, reading, class, event, community, or session should replace qualified professional care.

You remain responsible for your choices, actions, relationships, health decisions, finances, career, safety, and use of the information. Never delay or disregard professional advice because of SGC content. If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, contact appropriate emergency services or a qualified crisis resource.

13No guarantees of outcomes

We do not guarantee predictions, results, income, healing, relationships, business performance, personal transformation, accuracy of third-party systems, or any particular emotional or practical outcome. Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and do not promise that you will receive the same result.

Your experience depends on many factors outside our control, including the accuracy of supplied information, participation, decisions, circumstances, and the inherently interpretive nature of the material.

14Third-party platforms, links, and services

SGC may use or link to third-party payment processors, video platforms, email providers, course hosts, community services, shipping carriers, social networks, embedded media, print-on-demand providers, travel vendors, or other services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to your use of their systems.

We do not control and are not responsible for independent third-party content, outages, security, accessibility, policies, performance, cancellations, or acts. A link or integration does not necessarily constitute endorsement. When SGC acts as an agent or facilitator for a separately identified travel or event supplier, that supplier's terms may also control.

15Privacy, communications, and electronic delivery

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared. By submitting an order or inquiry, you consent to receive transactional communications needed to process payment, clarify intake, deliver products, schedule services, administer access, and address account or legal issues.

Marketing messages are governed by the choices and unsubscribe methods provided with those communications. Opting out of marketing does not prevent essential order, account, or service messages.

You consent to electronic agreements, notices, receipts, delivery, and records. Keep your email address current and retain copies of important communications.

16Refunds, cancellations, and returns

Our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy is part of these Terms. Personalized reports, custom creations, digital content, time-reserved services, coaching, Journey work, courses, seminars, workshops, boot camps, event access, and similar intangible offerings are generally final sale. Personalized or made-to-order physical products are also generally final sale.

Exceptions and remedies for SGC cancellations, damaged or incorrect physical items, eligible standard merchandise, unfulfilled orders, and rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive are described in that Policy.

17Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, cancel an appointment, decline future business, or remove a participant when reasonably necessary to protect safety, privacy, intellectual property, payment integrity, legal compliance, community wellbeing, or the operation of the business.

Termination does not erase payment obligations or restrictions that arose before termination. Provisions concerning intellectual property, payments, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other terms that logically survive will remain effective.

18Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, content, and services are provided "as is" and "as available." SGC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation to the extent those warranties may lawfully be disclaimed.

We do not warrant that every website feature, third-party platform, file format, stream, link, or communication will be continuously available, compatible with every device, secure from every threat, or free from technical errors. Nothing in this section limits an express product commitment or a warranty that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

19Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SGC and its owner, contractors, presenters, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption, emotional distress, or reliance-based losses arising from use of an offering or inability to use it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase or event will not exceed the amount you actually paid to SGC for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including any rights or remedies applicable law expressly preserves.

20Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SGC, Janét Jones, and their contractors, presenters, affiliates, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website or offerings, infringement of another person's rights, unauthorized submission of another person's information, violation of these Terms, or misuse or redistribution of protected content.

This obligation does not require you to indemnify a protected party for that party's own conduct where applicable law prohibits it.

21Events outside reasonable control

SGC is not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, illness, emergency, labor disruption, carrier failure, utility or internet outage, platform failure, cyberattack, government action, civil disturbance, epidemic, venue closure, or transportation interruption.

When practical, we will communicate material delays and attempt to reschedule, substitute, extend access, or provide another reasonable solution. Mandatory refund or shipping-delay rights remain unaffected.

22Informal resolution, governing law, and venue

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to send a written description of the dispute and the requested resolution by replying to your order correspondence or using the contact method displayed on our website. Both sides agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after receipt.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Any court proceeding that is not resolved informally must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

Nothing here prevents either party from seeking an available remedy in small-claims court or from reporting a matter to an appropriate government agency.

23Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in offerings, technology, business practices, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted with a new effective or last-updated date.

The version accepted at the time of purchase generally governs that transaction unless a later change is required by law or you separately agree to it. Continued use of the website after a posted update constitutes acceptance for future use and future transactions.

24General legal provisions

Entire agreement. These Terms and incorporated documents form the agreement concerning the website and applicable purchase, except for a separate signed agreement or offer-specific written terms.

Severability. If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue.

No waiver. A delay or failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. A one-time exception does not create a continuing right to future exceptions.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations without written consent. SGC may assign these Terms in connection with a lawful reorganization, sale, transfer, or succession of the business.

Headings. Headings are for convenience and do not change the meaning of the provisions.

25Contact

Questions about these Terms should be sent by replying to your order-confirmation email or using the contact method displayed on spiritualgangstacertified.com.

Please include your name, order number when applicable, the offering involved, and a clear description of your question.

Your purchase is also governed by our Refund Policy.

Review the complete Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy before placing an order, reserving a session, or registering for an event.
