Spiritual Gangsta Certified: Store Policy
Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Clear expectations protect your purchase and the care, preparation, creative labor, and reserved time behind every Spiritual Gangsta Certified offering.
Personalized, digital, educational, event-based, and time-reserved purchases are final sale.
Reports, readings, sessions, seminars, workshops, boot camps, courses, coaching, Journey work, event access, recordings, downloads, and made-to-order creations are non-refundable except when Spiritual Gangsta Certified cancels or cannot provide the purchased offering, a product arrives damaged or is incorrect, or applicable law requires another remedy.
01Scope and agreement
This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases from Spiritual Gangsta Certified ("SGC," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Janét Jones, through spiritualgangstacertified.com and any checkout, invoice, registration page, or sales channel that links to this Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you reviewed and accepted the policy that applies to your purchase. Offer-specific written terms shown on a product, registration, proposal, contract, or checkout page also apply. If an offer-specific term conflicts with this general Policy, the more specific written term controls, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
02Personalized reports and custom digital creations
All personalized and custom-created reports, readings, analyses, written materials, graphics, recordings, and digital deliverables are final sale and non-refundable. These purchases reserve production capacity and require individualized preparation, research, analysis, writing, design, chart work, or other creative labor that cannot be restocked or resold.
For Human Design, astrology, or similar custom work, the stated preparation period begins only after payment and all required intake information has been received. Missing, incomplete, inconsistent, or disputed information pauses the fulfillment timeline until clarification is received.
Customer-provided information
You are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, birth dates, birth times, locations, email addresses, and other submitted information before completing your order. If a deliverable must be recalculated, rewritten, or redesigned because information supplied by you was inaccurate or later changed, additional fees or a new order may be required.
SGC corrections
If we made a clear production error that does not match the accurate information you originally submitted, notify us within seven calendar days after delivery. After review, we will correct the affected portion at no additional charge. Differences of interpretation, style, emphasis, or personal resonance are not production errors and do not create a right to a refund.
03Digital products, courses, seminars, workshops, boot camps, and events
Digital products and access-based purchases are final sale once access is granted, a link is delivered, materials are released, a live event begins, or protected content becomes available. This includes courses, class materials, replays, recordings, workbooks, memberships, paid posts, digital downloads, seminars, workshops, boot camps, webinars, private lives, and event admission.
- Failure to attend a live event does not create a right to a refund.
- If a replay or recording is included in the offer, access to that replay constitutes fulfillment even if you do not attend live.
- Technical problems on your device, incompatible software, missed emails, calendar errors, or failure to use purchased access do not create a right to a refund.
- Access may not be shared, resold, copied, or distributed unless we give written permission.
If we permanently cancel an event and do not provide a replacement date, substantially equivalent access, or the promised materials, we will provide an appropriate refund or credit for the unfulfilled portion, subject to applicable law.
04Readings, private sessions, coaching, and Journey work
Readings, consultations, private sessions, coaching, Journey work, and other time-reserved services are final sale and non-refundable. Payment reserves time on our schedule and may include preparation performed before the live appointment.
Rescheduling
You may request one reschedule by giving at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must generally occur within 30 days of the original appointment unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as a late cancellation and forfeited. Emergencies may be considered individually, but an exception is not guaranteed and does not create an ongoing waiver of this Policy.
Lateness and no-shows
If you arrive late, the session will ordinarily end at the originally scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without communication may be treated as a no-show. Missed appointments, no-shows, and appointments abandoned by the customer are non-refundable and may require a new purchase to rebook.
Payment plans and multi-session services
A payment plan is a method of paying the full purchase price, not a pay-as-you-go arrangement, unless the written offer says otherwise. Beginning the service, receiving materials, attending a session, or gaining access does not cancel remaining agreed payments. Unused sessions, voluntary withdrawal, or failure to participate do not create a right to a refund. Any separate signed coaching or Journey agreement controls if it contains different terms.
05Bundles and packages
Bundles and packages are sold as one combined purchase and are final sale. The stated bundle price reflects the combined offering and may include a discount that would not apply if each component were purchased separately.
For a personalized report plus private session bundle, the report-preparation rules apply to the report and the scheduling rules apply to the session. The session is normally scheduled after report delivery so the customer has time to review the written material. Failure to schedule or attend the included session does not create a partial-refund right.
06Standard, non-personalized physical products
Unless a product page states "final sale," you may request a return of an eligible standard, non-personalized physical item within 14 calendar days after confirmed delivery.
To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. A return must be authorized before it is sent. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.
- Original shipping charges and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or the entire order was incorrectly fulfilled.
- Items showing wear, use, fragrance, washing, alteration, missing components, or customer-caused damage are not eligible.
- Clearance, final-sale, intimate, hygienic, perishable, and opened consumable goods are not returnable unless defective or required by law.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
07Personalized and made-to-order physical products
Personalized, customized, engraved, printed-to-order, sized-to-order, commissioned, and otherwise made-to-order physical products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This restriction does not apply when the product arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, materially differs from the approved order specifications, or applicable law requires a remedy. Customer spelling errors, incorrect selections, inaccurate measurements, and approved design choices are not manufacturing defects.
08Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect physical items
Inspect your order promptly. Contact us within seven calendar days after delivery if a physical item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.
Do not discard the item or packaging until the claim is resolved. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may repair, replace, reship, issue store credit, or refund the affected item. Normal variations in color, texture, placement, screen display, handmade construction, or materials are not defects when they fall within reasonable production tolerances.
09Shipping delays, lost packages, and address errors
Estimated shipping and delivery dates are not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, service interruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control. We will comply with applicable requirements governing delayed or unshipped merchandise.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Orders returned, lost, or misdelivered because of an incorrect customer-provided address may require additional shipping charges and may not qualify for a refund. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, contact the carrier and then notify us so we can determine what assistance may be available.
10Cancellation or inability to fulfill by SGC
If SGC must cancel a private appointment, we will offer a reasonable reschedule. If we cannot reschedule or provide the purchased service, you may receive a refund for the unfulfilled portion.
If we cancel an order because an item or service is unavailable, because fulfillment would be unsafe or unlawful, or because we cannot reasonably perform, we will notify you and provide the remedy required by applicable law. We may also refuse or cancel orders affected by obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, abusive conduct, unauthorized payment, or misuse of our offerings.
11Approved refunds and processing
When a refund is approved, it is generally returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment processor and financial institution. We cannot control when a bank posts a completed refund.
Shipping charges, processing costs, work already completed, delivered components, and third-party fees may be excluded from a partial refund when permitted by law and disclosed in the applicable offer.
12Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to review the order and address a legitimate concern. Filing a payment dispute does not replace the terms you accepted at checkout.
We may provide the payment processor with the order record, checkout acceptance, delivery or access records, correspondence, scheduling history, and other relevant evidence. Access to products, communities, appointments, or future purchases may be suspended while a dispute is pending or after a fraudulent or abusive dispute.
13How to request help, a return, or a correction
Reply to your order-confirmation email or use the contact method displayed on spiritualgangstacertified.com. Include:
- Your full name and order number;
- The product, service, session, or event involved;
- A clear description of the issue;
- Relevant dates and correspondence; and
- Photographs when the request concerns a physical product.
14Non-waivable consumer rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any warranty, cancellation right, refund right, or other consumer protection that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. When mandatory law conflicts with this Policy, the mandatory law controls only to the extent of the conflict.
