Policy Details
You can return your item 7 days from the date you received it.
Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items, Readings, Courses, Reports
For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with: Proof that the item hasn’t been damaged by customer.
Shipping Fees
You are responsible for most return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Exceptions: Spiritual Gangsta Certified will cover shipping fees in when Items are damaged and/or defective, Customer did not order item.

Restocking Fees
Spiritual Gangsta Certified does not charge restocking fees.
Process Details
To return your purchase from Spiritual Gangsta Certified, place the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Must show proof that the item hasn’t been damaged by the customer prior to return being approved and sent back. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Spiritual Gangsta Certified will process your return. Please allow at least 14 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Spiritual Gangsta Certified will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
