1. Eligibility and enrollment
The SGC Put Your People On Referral Rewards Program is available to eligible Spiritual Gangsta Certified paid Substack subscribers whose subscriptions are active and in good standing. This may include monthly, annual, and founding paid subscribers. Free, complimentary, gifted, or trial subscriptions may be excluded unless SGC approves participation.
You may join whether or not you have already requested or received your complimentary paid-subscriber Human Design Foundation Report. Participation is free. Once eligibility is verified, SGC will issue one personal referral code.
2. Earning referral points
One valid, completed referral earns one point. A referral qualifies when a new customer uses your assigned code during checkout, completes an eligible purchase, clears payment, and passes the verification period without cancellation, refund, dispute, chargeback, duplication, fraud, or program misuse.
A report-plus-session package earns one point because it represents one referred customer and one qualifying purchase. Additional spending, upgrades, and tips do not generate additional points. SGC may wait at least 14 days after a purchase before confirming a pending point.
3. Purchases that do not qualify
Points are not awarded for self-referrals, complimentary subscriber reports, free or gifted orders, failed payments, test transactions, canceled or refunded purchases, chargebacks, fraudulent activity, duplicate purchases for the same recipient, excluded products, purchases completed before the program launches, or purchases made without your code.
The customer is responsible for entering the correct code during checkout. Retroactive point adjustments are not guaranteed. If multiple participants claim the same customer, the code recorded on the completed order will normally determine who receives the point.
4. Milestones, credit, and private-session rewards
- 4 confirmed points: $75 in SGC credit.
- 10 total confirmed points: choose an additional $125 in credit, bringing total program credit earned to $200, or choose a complimentary 90-minute private session with Janét.
- Every additional 5 confirmed points after 10: an additional $100 in SGC credit.
If you choose the 90-minute session at ten points, your previously issued $75 credit remains available, but the additional $125 credit is not issued. Rewards are subject to verification and Janét’s availability.
5. Using, gifting, and expiring SGC credit
SGC credit has no cash value. It cannot be withdrawn, sold, exchanged for cash, used to reimburse an earlier purchase, or used to purchase gift cards. It may be applied only to eligible new SGC purchases and may not be combined with another promotion unless SGC permits it. The participant is responsible for any balance above the available credit.
Issued credit may be gifted to one other person before redemption. Gifted credit cannot be sold, repeatedly transferred, or exchanged for cash, and it keeps its original expiration date. Points themselves cannot be transferred or gifted.
Credit and complimentary sessions must be booked or used within 12 months of issuance. Extensions are discretionary and are not guaranteed. All appointments remain subject to current scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies.
6. Subscription status and inactive accounts
You must have an active qualifying paid subscription to accumulate new points, reach a new milestone, and receive a newly earned reward. If your paid subscription ends, your code may be paused and you will stop earning new points.
Previously confirmed points may remain on record for 12 months and may be reactivated if you renew during that period. Previously issued SGC credit keeps its original expiration date. Unredeemed points may expire if the subscription is not renewed within 12 months.
7. Sharing your code and required disclosure
You may share your code with friends, family, followers, clients, coworkers, and your community through appropriate personal channels. You may not spam, harass, mislead, impersonate SGC, sell your code, post it on coupon-harvesting websites, create unauthorized ads using SGC branding, or guarantee a particular outcome.
When recommending an SGC offering or sharing your experience with your code, clearly disclose that you may earn SGC rewards. You may use: “I may earn SGC referral points and credit if you purchase using my code.” A shorter option is: “SGC referral code. I may earn rewards.”
You are welcome to share your honest experience. Participation is never conditioned on providing a positive review or saying anything you do not genuinely believe.
8. Refunds, reversals, fraud, and program abuse
If a qualifying purchase is refunded, canceled, disputed, charged back, reversed, or determined to be fraudulent, SGC may remove the associated point, recalculate the point total, cancel an unissued reward, deduct improperly issued credit, or apply the correction to future rewards.
SGC may suspend a code or remove a participant for self-referrals, fake accounts, manipulated transactions, spam, harassment, impersonation, misleading advertising, unauthorized coupon distribution, repeated policy violations, or other attempts to circumvent the program. A code may be temporarily suspended while suspicious activity is reviewed.
9. Privacy and confidential customer information
Participants may receive their pending-point total, confirmed-point total, milestone status, and available rewards. Participants will not receive a referred customer’s birth information, intake responses, report, private question, personal context, address, payment information, appointment details, private communications, or other confidential records.
Registration information will be used to verify subscription eligibility, create and manage codes, track points and rewards, communicate about the program, prevent fraud, and resolve program issues. The private response workbook is not shared with participants or the public.
10. Program records, changes, and disputes
SGC checkout and program records determine which code was used, whether an order qualified, whether a point is pending or confirmed, whether a milestone was reached, and whether a reward was issued or redeemed. Questions about a missing point or transaction should be submitted within 30 days of the related purchase or program notice.
Spiritual Gangsta Certified may reasonably modify, pause, or discontinue the program. Transition terms will explain how previously confirmed points and issued rewards are handled. Participation does not create an employment, contractor, partnership, agency, franchise, or sales-representative relationship. Participants receive promotional points and SGC credit, not wages or cash commissions.
11. Human Design disclaimer and acceptance
SGC Human Design reports and sessions are intended for education, personal reflection, and self-exploration. They are not medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, guaranteed predictions, or guaranteed personal outcomes. Customers remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.
By registering, accepting a referral code, or using the code to collect referral points, you agree to these Version 1.0 Terms and Conditions and the program’s Privacy Notice. SGC may make reasonable interpretations necessary to administer the program fairly, protect privacy, prevent abuse, and address circumstances not expressly covered here.
