We do not refund orders of physical or intangible products due to buyer’s remorse. Returns for tangible non-personalized products, such as face masks or t-shirts, will be honored if item was received defective or damaged. Personalized tangible products that are neither defective nor damaged cannot be returned or refunded. Readings and reports are not subject to exchange or refund after they have been directly delivered after purchase.
