The Season of Fixed Fire
The Sun will enter the sign of Leo, the sign it rules and loves being in the most on Friday, July 22nd, 2022 at 4:07 pm eastern time. As a fixed fire sign, Leo keeps the heat going. Leo Season occurs in the smack dead middle of summer in the Northern Hemisphere, the hottest part of the year. Coincidence? Methinks not.

As the Sun makes its way into its fiery home sign, it will be joining Mercury, already in the sign of Leo at 6 degrees. Mercury is never too far away from the Sun, as the closest planet orbiting it is used to feeling the heat of the Sun. With these two planets teaming up in Leo collectively communication will be bold, brash, and even a little “extra”. Don’t be surprised if people are “bigging themselves up” more than usual or letting their egos write a check that their asses can’t cash. This is also a time when collectively we can feel more compelled to speak from our hearts and authentically express ourselves.
